FAQ

Straight answers.

The practical details of working together. If your question isn't here, ask us directly.

How long does a website take?

Most projects are completed in a few weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we receive feedback during the review stage. We'll give you a clear timeline once we understand your project.

What do I need to provide?

The basics: what your business does, who your customers are, and what you want the website to achieve. If you have a logo, brand colours, photos or example websites you like, those help — but they're not required to get started.

Can you redesign my current site?

Yes. If your current website is outdated, underperforming or just doesn't represent your business well, we can redesign it. We'll also carry over anything worth keeping.

Will it work on mobile?

Yes — every Cinderva website is fully responsive and designed with mobile in mind from the start. Most visitors will see your site on a phone, and it should work just as well there as on a desktop.

Can I request changes?

Absolutely. You review the site before it launches and can request changes. We build in revision rounds so the final site is one you're happy with.

Do you provide hosting?

We handle the technical setup and can arrange hosting as part of the launch. We'll talk you through the options and make sure everything is set up correctly — you don't need to understand the tech.

Can you help with a domain?

Yes. If you don't have a domain yet, we can help you choose and set one up. If you already have one, we can help with the transfer or setup.

Do I own the website?

After the agreed fees are paid, you own the bespoke work covered by your proposal. Third-party fonts, software and assets retain their own licences. Hosting, domains and any paid services are separate ongoing costs, agreed before launch.

Can you write my copy?

We can help with website copy and structure as part of the project. If you have existing content we can work with that; if you'd like us to draft the wording, we'll discuss that as part of the brief.

What happens after launch?

Your website goes live and is ready to work for your business. If you need ongoing support, updates or a future rebuild, we're available — but there's no obligation or subscription required.
